1st December 08 - Assembly of the Christmas Tree

Usually it never goes up before the 1st of December. Since the 1st fell on a Monday this year, I decided that we'd do it on the 30th instead. So much excitement, and then 15 mins later both kids got bored, so I was stuck doing it yet again, the only thing that really excited them was me putting the lights on the tree. Hayley hung everything in the same spot and Jack kept trying to put everything up so high he ended up falling into the tree.

The tree gets constantly redressed every day, Hayley removes the baubles, plays with the baubles, rolls them across the floor, they break, I get angry, and then have to go buy new decorations. The tree looks pretty bare this year but its going to do, at least until next year when I am planning on getting a new huge whopper tree with brand spanking new decorations.
